About Us
The Nighthawk Foundation, Inc. established in 1994, is a 501 (c)
(3) Charitable Organization dedicated to helping handicapped children, by raising
funds which are then used to defray the cost of medical expenses related to
their disability, or provide special needs such as Seeing Eye Dogs,
Partheisus, Apparatuses, Alpha Talkers, and Chair Lifts etc.
Provide equipment that will lessen the impact of a child’s disability or
reduce what may be a continuing and overwhelming medical services debt.
Financial assistance with medical bills or the purchase of needed equipment
by the foundation helps to improve the quality of life for both the handicapped
child and their family.
The Nighthawk Foundation, Inc. is a unique fund raising organization
because all of its work is done by volunteers. As a result, all of the money
received from contributions goes directly toward the purchase of equipment
for a handicapped child or is paid to medical care providers for that child.
None of the contributed money is used to pay salaries.
Recently we lost one of our valued members. Robert Marks SR. he passed
away last year. He will be missed by all. He is there watching over all that
we do and all the Children we help.
